To provide our service, we collect only the minimum information necessary, which may include: personal details entered in the biodata form (name, date of birth, contact information, family details, etc.); photos or images uploaded by the user; selected template and plan type; email address or mobile number provided for order support; payment reference identifiers (not full card details, which are processed exclusively by Razorpay); and limited device and usage data for operational and analytics purposes.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes: generating and rendering your marriage biodata as per your selected template and plan; processing and verifying payment transactions; enabling download access for your purchased plan (Image, PDF, or Word); providing post-payment support for access, delivery, or technical issues; and fulfilling our legal and compliance obligations. We do not use your personal data for marketing communications or profiling.

No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. Your data is treated as strictly confidential and is shared only with essential service providers required to operate the Platform and process payments, or when required by law.

Payment Data

All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not collect, store, or process your card details, UPI credentials, or banking information on our servers. Only a payment reference identifier is retained by us for order verification and support purposes. Razorpay's processing of payment data is governed by its own privacy and security policies.

Third-Party Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as page visits, session duration, and general device and browser information. This data helps us understand user behavior and improve Platform performance. Google Analytics data is governed by Google's own privacy policy. No personally identifiable biodata content is shared with Google Analytics.

Cookies and Browser Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your session, preserve your in-progress biodata, remember template and plan selections, and measure basic usage performance. These are functional and necessary for the Platform to operate correctly. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect Platform functionality.

Data Retention (30 Days)

Server-side biodata and order-related data is retained for up to 30 days from the date of collection or last activity. Beyond this period, data is deleted unless a longer retention period is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, active payment disputes, or regulatory obligations. Users should download and save their biodata files promptly after purchase, as access to server-stored data beyond this period is not guaranteed.

Data Stored in Your Browser

Some data is stored locally on your device in browser localStorage to allow you to continue editing or re-download within the same session or browser. This data remains on your device and is not accessible to us. If you no longer need this data, you can remove it through:

Browser Privacy/Settings → Clear site data, or
Browser Developer Tools → Application/Storage → Clear local storage for this website

Relevant localStorage keys include: biodataData, paymentId, biodataPaid, biodataPaymentType, selectedTemplate, and trackingData.

Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to request deletion of your server-side data, email us from the contact used during your order. We may require identity and order verification before processing the request. Deletion requests may be denied or deferred where records must be retained for legal compliance, ongoing payment disputes, fraud prevention, or reconciliation purposes.

Children's Privacy

This Platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to remove it promptly.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission or digital storage system is completely secure. Users are advised not to save or access the Platform on shared or public devices, and to safeguard their personal information accordingly.
